The three star rated Seven Stars Inn, dating from 1724, is a traditional English country inn located on the edge of the picturesque village of Shincliffe, just one and a half miles from the centre of Durham city and Durham University.
The Seven Stars Inn is ideally located for exploring the historic sites of Durham with its famous cathedral, castle and botanical garden. Beamish Museum, Britain's favourite open air museum, is within easy reach and Newcastle and Sunderland are less than 20 miles away.
