recently completely refurbished 17th century coaching inn nestled against the Castle wall and surrounded by antique shops, beautiful scenery, hills, rivers and historic houses. Real ale, great food and a blazing wood fire await you.Our Bedrooms come in all shapes and configurations to suit your requirements. Single, Twins, Doubles and Level Access (and even family pets) are all catered for.Apart from the fact that each bedroom is individually furnished, the one feature that they share in common is that they are all very spacious indeed and, of course, they are all en-suite. We have 3 restaurants each with thier own distinctive character and quality food.Our 2 bars are well stocked with a range of Spirits, draft Ales and Lagers, and quality Wines and are a popular meeting place for local residents as well as for guests staying in the Hotel.
